How to arrive

Sorrento

Sorrento is located 50 Km. south of Naples.

BY PLANE
 Land at Naples Capodichino International Airport .Upon request, a private car will come and meet you and take you to Sorrento in one hour.

BY TRAIN
Arrive at Naples Central Station and make your way to the area for departures of the "Circumvesuviana" local trains. Trains leave to Sorrento every 20/30 minutes. The journey takes about one hour and ten minutes.

BY CAR
From the airport (Capodichino) or from the Naples Central Station, follow the signs to "Tangenziale-Autostrade" and then the  A3 Highway - Salerno-Reggio Calabria. Continue up to "Castellammare di Stabia" exit, then take the 145 state street and follow the directions to the "Penisola Sorrentina".
Once in Sorrento continue until to the main square, "Piazza Tasso" and follow directions to "Piazza della Vittoria".

BY HYDROFOIL
Hydrofoils and ferries to Sorrento leave daily from "Molo Beverello" in the port of Naples. The hydrofoil takes about 30 minutes to the port.

NB Until September 30th 2009, from 7.30 p.m. to 12.00 p.m., on the way to the Hotel Bellevue Syrene, at the height of Via Correale, there is a barrier which can be gone beyond only by those who are going to the Hotels of the old town centre of Sorrento and to the Port.
