Chef Gennaro Esposito and La Torre del Saracino arrive at Bellevue Syrene
Bellevue Syrene and Chef Gennaro Esposito together
to write a new page of Italian hospitality
Bellevue Syrene and Chef Gennaro Esposito inaugurate a new season of Italian gastronomic hospitality. In Sorrento, the historic five-star luxury hotel and icon of Italian hôtellerie meets the chef and owner of Torre del Saracino to jointly develop a new vision of the gastronomic experience, based on shared values, hospitality culture, and a deep connection with the region.
Bellevue Syrene, historic five-star luxury hotel in Sorrento, affiliated with Relais & Châteaux and awarded two Michelin Keys, and Gennaro Esposito, chef and owner of Torre del Saracino, two-Michelin-star restaurant, launch a collaboration that marks a new chapter in the history of both entities and proposes a new idea of Italian gastronomic hospitality.
The partnership stems from the desire to connect two distinct yet complementary heritages: on one side, the history, identity, and welcoming culture of the Russo-Attanasio Family, now in its fifth generation; on the other, the gastronomic expertise, research, and relationship with the territory built by Gennaro Esposito with the Torre del Saracino restaurant over more than thirty-five years of activity. The project is therefore not conceived as a simple relocation of a restaurant, but as an evolution of the very concept of hospitality, where gastronomy becomes a structural part of the hotel's identity and contributes to defining the overall guest experience.

Bellevue Syrene: icon of Italian hospitality on the Sorrento Peninsula
For Bellevue Syrene, this collaboration represents a new chapter in a story rooted in the hospitality culture of the Sorrento Peninsula, which over the years has built an internationally recognized identity. The arrival of Gennaro Esposito consolidates this evolution and reinforces Bellevue Syrene's role as a gastronomic destination as well as a hotel, through a project in which cuisine, service, culture, and territory become parts of a unified experience.
Inside Bellevue Syrene, the Torre del Saracino restaurant retains its name, identity, and gastronomic philosophy, continuing Gennaro Esposito's journey in a new dimension. The chef's cuisine thus engages in a dialogue with the universe of Bellevue Syrene, contributing to the development of a culinary offer that, over time, will progressively encompass every moment of the guest experience: from breakfast to room service, from La Pergola restaurant to Il Costiera Bar, all the way to events and banquets at Capo Santa Fortunata. The goal is to build a model where gastronomic excellence is increasingly one of the main defining elements of the Hotel.
«Bellevue Syrene has always considered its history as a responsibility: safeguarding it also means having the courage to evolve it. Today we choose to write a new chapter, giving gastronomy the role it increasingly deserves in the concept of hospitality. With Gennaro Esposito we found a shared vision, as well as a culture and a connection with the territory that we feel deeply close to our identity. We do not want to limit ourselves to expanding Bellevue Syrene's culinary offerings, but rather develop a project capable of involving the entire guest experience and elevating our idea of hospitality into a new dimension,» states Elsa Russo, owner of Bellevue Syrene.
